Fasteners Service partnered with Friedrich to implement a Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) system, aiming to eliminate costs related to production line stoppages and material shortages.
The project was a resounding success: from 2019 to 2021, Friedrich experienced zero inventory shortages, ensuring uninterrupted production and optimized supply chain management.
